How do I create an account?

How do I activate my account?

After registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. If you're unsure, our support team can help complete the activation.

Can I have more than one account?

No. Only one account per player is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in access suspension or loss of winnings. If you’re having account issues, reach out to our support team.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
  • Click on “Login” in the top right, then select “Forgot password.”
  • You’ll receive an email to reset your password. You can also contact customer support between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. via chat, email, or contact form.
How do I verify my account? What documents are required?

Verification of identity and deposit methods is mandatory to withdraw winnings.
Send your documents to [email protected]. Make sure everything is clear, in color, complete (all 4 corners visible):

  • A valid ID (passport or ID card)
  • Front and back of any bank cards used or other deposit method documents:
  1. Front: Only show the first 4 and last 4 digits, plus your full name.

  2. Back: Hide the CVV code (3 digits).

  • A proof of address less than 3 months old in your name.
  • A bank statement (RIB) in the player’s name.
How do I become a VIP?

 VIP eligibility is at the discretion of the VIP team. If eligible, you’ll receive an email invitation - so keep an eye on your inbox.
